General Introduction:
The three in one filling machine for PET bottles integrates washing, filling, capping together. mainly composed of components such as bearing assemblies, hydraulic cylinder assemblies, hydraulic cylinder lifting devices, bottle lifting devices, and filling valves; it plays the role of filling the material into the bottles within the equipment; the components in contact with the materials are all made of stainless steel and special materials, meeting food hygiene requirements.

Glass Bottle Juice Washing Filling Capping Machine
RCGF Series fruit juice filling machine integrates bottle washing, filling and capping, and three processes are completed automatically. It is used for filling fruit juice, tea drinks and other non-carbonated drinks. Each machine element in contact with the liquid is made of high-quality stainless steel. Key components are manufactured by CNC machine tools, and the state of the whole machine is detected by photoelectric sensors. No bottle is not filled, no bottle is not covered. It has the advantages of high automation, convenient operation, good wear resistance, high stability and low failure rate.
Rinsing part
The machine is rotary rinsing machine, mainly used for rinsing beverage, mineral water bottles etc. The new bottle enters into the equipment through bottle distribution screw and star wheel, and its neck is clipped to mouth down by the clamp and turner device, dry after rinsing, and turn to mouth up automatically, then enters into the filling machine through bottle-outlet star wheel conveyor
Filling Part
It is advanced unique filling valve, no spring in the valve, and no touch with the spring for the products, which will help the cleaning of the internal valve. PLC control, frequency control; bottle neck clip filling technologies; upper cylinder and lower recycle cylinder is connected with hard pipe; gravity filling, negative pressure reflux; unique material temperature control system and liquid level automatic inspection.
Capping part
The capping is magnetic capping, with overload protection function, stable and reliable capping torque. Import motor gear box, reduce the secondary pollution of the bottle cap, 304 stainless steel cap chute tank, cap silo and cap chute tank with electronic capless inspection system, automatic control cap conveyor machine and running speed for the machine.

Q 1 When can I get installation from you? how much the cost?
When you finish the preparation conditions(water resource,electricity,air supply,production materials) according to our designed layout , please contact with our sales manager, we will dispatch engineer to you.
Ø Inspect and improve connection jobs together with your team .
Ø Guide your staff to operate machines , and explain how to operate and maintain machines .
Ø Collected your your comments on our machines , we will send feedback to our technical team to improve our machines continuously.
The customer should be responsible for the room, meals and board and the two-way air tickets and visa and fee as well the allowance 100 ~150 USD per day for each person. And should be also responsible for the engineer’s personal safety.
Note: Normally when your preparation is done,you can contact with our sales people and cooperate us to get the visa for the engineer and our engineer will be there within 15 days more or less .
Q 2 How long time for installation?
According your machines order,we will send one or two engineers to your plant,it will take about 15 days to 30 days.
Q 3 When can I get my machine after I paid?
Normally production time is around 30-60days , it depends on your ordered machines and quantity . The shipping time is based on your destination port.(Usually we use Shanghai port , Ningbo Port as loading port )
Q 4 How about the spare parts?
We will send one year enough easy broken spare parts together with the machines together when delivery. During the warranty time, we will supply the spare parts with our cost price including and delivery fees.
